Marketing is the glue that joins your company together. Your company website is an essential part of your marketing effort. It impacts on everything you do, every product or service you sell or every action you take in business. This seems a strange concept, however let us look at the basic fact – you are in business to make money. Not many people put it that bluntly – we do!

Our role is to help you to have more time off, take trips to Europe, build your dream home, go fishing on a Thursday or whatever you want to do – other than work. In short we want to help you develop your business.

As part of the marketing process, building your website is fairly straightforward, all you have to do is find out what your customer's needs are and find ways to present that to them in a way that makes them want to use your company or buy your product.

When we work with customers, we ask awkward questions. We examine your activity in the past and your future aims and goals. We then work with you to make that happen. We often work ‘after hours’ with customers who are busy during the day or who need to keep plans secret.

We don't speak geek

Well, actually we do, we speak it fluently, but we speak English to customers. Open and honest communication allows you to understand the work we are doing for you. I own a car, I put petrol in it and drive, I sort of know how the engine turns petrol into motion, but I don't want to know the detail of cam lifters and oil seals.

Don't get us wrong, if you want a complete technical breakdown of how our self-editing system works we are happy to explain it. We are very proud that we have developed our own website editing system. We have an internal company policy of Kaizen - constant improvement. This means we are always finding new ways to add better functions to our system, which makes it easier for our customers to maintain their websites; this also makes the websites more effective marketing tools.
